Brockport, NY, – July 16th, 2014

Brockport Police report multiple arrests have been made in connection with a string of Burglaries that have taken place at a local business. Three counts each of Burglary 3rd (Class-D Felony), and Petit Larceny (Class-A Misdemeanor) have been lodged against:

Nicole M. Forte, 21 years old, of Spencerport

The aforementioned individuals have been charged for allegedly entering unlawfully into and stealing property from a local business on three separate dates.  This has been an ongoing problem and police expended a tremendous amount of effort and implemented a number of investigative tools and means including but not limited to perimeter checks and surveillance, that ultimately led to this arrest.  During one of the property checks, officers found the business had been entered and quickly set up a perimeter with the assistance of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, capturing the above individuals.  Once identified, the Brockport Police utilized various investigative methods to gather additional evidence connecting these individuals to their alleged crimes.

Those arrested were brought in front of Judge Robert Connors of the Sweden Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
