April 20th, 2015

Larceny:  A North Main Street business employee reported that an unknown person stole two Xbox 360 hard drives.

Arrest:  Police arrested Debra J. Gliszczynski, 53 years old of Rochester, New York was arrested on a warrant for the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs along with other traffic related offenses. Gliszczynski was remanded to the Monroe County Jail. 

April 24th, 2015

Arrest:  Police arrested Robert M. Freeman, 23 years old of Batavia, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Freeman is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

April 25th, 2015

Arrest:  Police arrested Dahana D. Armstrong, 21 years old of Batavia, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Armstrong is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A Holley Street resident reported that their blue and green IPhone 5c was stolen from inside of a Merchant Street business sometime in the early morning hours.

April 26th, 2015

Property Damage:  Police were called to the area of Holley Street and Perry Street for the report of a male breaking the window of a residence. Police apprehended the male who was seen leaving the scene. Prosecution Declined.

Assault:  Police were notified of an unconscious male lying in the road on Clinton Street. Through an investigation, it was discovered that the male had been struck in the head by an unknown person. Prosecution declined.

Arson:  Police responded to a Main Street apartment for the report of a couch on fire. Fire investigators were called to the scene after the apartment building was evacuated and the fire was put out.

Property Damage:  A Rochester resident reported that a group of unknown males broke out a window to their vehicle while the driver was still inside at which point a fight ensued.

Burglary:  A Main Street resident reported that an unknown person stole $250.00 in cash from inside of his apartment sometime overnight.

Criminal Tampering:  A Glendale Road resident reported that his house was struck by paintballs by an unknown person.

April 29th, 2015

Assault:  A Clark Street resident reported that she was punched in the head several times by a known female.

Burglary:  A Holley Street resident reported that an unknown person entered their home and took a pair of white “Soul Republic” headphones along with food and drink items.

May 7th, 2015

Assault:  A female reported that she was punched in the face by a known person while at a Main Street business.

Assault:  Police were called to N. Main Street for the report of a group of people fighting. Shortly after arriving on scene, police were able to locate the involved parties. Prosecution was declined.

May 8th, 2015

Grand Larceny:  A Brockport resident reported that an unknown person took their “Brockport Swimming” book bag containing several credit cards was taken from a Perry Street residence sometime in the early morning hours.

Arrest:  Police arrested William D. Knorr III, 25 years old of Hilton, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of 2nd and 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Knorr is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Ryan C. Moore, 34 years old of Brockport, New York on a warrant for the Misdemeanor traffic charge of 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with another traffic related offense. Moore is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

May 9th, 2015

Arrest:  Police arrested Stephanie J. Hernandez, 23 years old of Bronx, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated as well as another traffic related offenses. Hernandez is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Assault:  Police were called to Main Street for the report of two unknown males attacking another male. Police were able to identify the two males involved in the fight and also spoke with victim.

Resisting Arrest:  Police arrested Colin J. Knight, 21 years old of Newfane, New York on the Misdemeanor charges of Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration along with several Brockport Village Code violations. Knight is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

May 10th, 2015

Resisting Arrest:  Police arrested Isaac R. Forni, 21 years old of Kenmore, New York on the Misdemeanor charges of Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration along with several Brockport Village Code violations. Forni is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Drowning:  Police responded to the canal in the area of 328 Holley Street for the report of a male who jumped into the canal. The victim was located by Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Scuba team.

May 15th, 2015 

Arrest:  Police arrested Dominic J. Visconte, 22 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic offenses of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Visconte is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

May 16th, 2015

Arrest:  Police arrested Jaleen J. Negron, 21 years old of Medina, New York on the Misdemeanor offense of Criminal Possession of Marijuana. Negron is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Tammy L. Strassner-Noble, 35 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of third degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with another traffic related charge. Strassner-Noble is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Assault:  Police were alerted to an unconscious male on Clinton Street as a result of a fight. The male was subsequently transported to the hospital.

May 17th, 2015

Property Damage:  An Albion resident reported that their front tire was punctured and interior mirror was damaged while parked on Lincoln Street.
