January 26th, 2015 through February 1st, 2015

January 26th, 2015:

Motor Vehicle Accident:  Police assisted Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies with an accident involving a vehicle that struck a tree.

January 27th, 2015: 

Suspicious Person:  A Meadowview Drive resident reported seeing an unknown person going door to door in the late afternoon.

January 28th, 2015:

Criminal Mischief:  A Main Street business employee reported that unknown persons spray-painted on their building in the late afternoon.

January 29th, 2015:

Reckless Vehicle:  A Brockport resident reported seeing a dark colored mini-van turn recklessly into a crosswalk occupied with pedestrians.

January 30th, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Javon S. Williams, 22 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as well as other traffic related offenses. Williams is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A Utica Street resident reported that an unknown person stole a parking pass from their vehicle sometime overnight.

January 31st, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Richard F. Stein, 20 years old of Worcester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated as well as other traffic related offenses. Stein is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A Hilton resident reported that their wallet was taken from their pocket while on Clinton Street sometime in the early morning hours.

Arrest:  Police arrested Peter Rivera, 54 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of 3rd degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Rivera is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

February 1st, 2015:

Property Damage:  A Clark Street resident reported that an unknown person damaged the back window of her vehicle sometime in the afternoon.

February 2nd, 2015 through February 8th, 2015

February 2nd, 2015:

Burglary:  A Barry Street resident reported that an unknown person broke into their house and stole cash and jewelry.

February 3rd, 2015: 

Fight:  Police were called to a Main Street business for the report of two people fighting.

February 4th, 2015:

Fire Alarm:  Police responded to a Main Street residence for a fire alarm. The alarm was determined accidental.

February 5th, 2015:

Customer Trouble:  Police responded to an Owens Road business for an uncooperative individual at the location.

February 6th, 2015:

Larceny:  An Erie Street resident reported that a 24” black-light was stolen from their residence. Police located the individual and said property was returned.

February 7th, 2015:

Suspicious Condition:  A Clinton Street resident reported that they came home to find a door to their house open.

February 8th, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Scott R. Stedman, 22 years old of Kendall, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Stedman is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  An employee of a North Main Street business reported that a $50.00 bill was taken from the company during normal business hours.

February 9th, 2015 through February 15th, 2015

February 9th, 2015:

Vehicle Accident:  Police were called to College Street for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving two cars, one of which was reported to have been smoking and blocking traffic.

February 10th, 2015: 

Arrest:  Police arrested Stanley T. Hooker, 23 years old of Brockport, New York on a Warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Hooker is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

February 11th, 2015:

Burglary Alarm:  Police responded to a North Main Street business for a burglary alarm. Police found the business to be secure.

February 12th, 2015:

Hit and Run:  Police were called to State Street for the report of a parked vehicle being struck by another vehicle, causing damage to the driver’s side mirror.

February 13th, 2015:

Vice Activity:  A North Main Street resident reported to police that an unknown person was selling prescription drugs.

February 14th, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Joshua Gonzalez, 27 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Gonzalez is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Amanda M. Freeman, 29 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Freeman is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Grand Larceny:  A Brockport resident reported that their wallet was stolen on Main Street sometime in the afternoon.

February 15th, 2015:

Vehicle Accident:  Police were called to Fair Street for the motor vehicle accident that was blocking traffic.

February 16th, 2015 through February 22nd, 2015

February 18th, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Lynn M. Lowery, 51 years old of Hamlin, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Lowery is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

February 19th, 2015:

Structure Fire:  Police responded to a Spring Street residence with the Brockport Fire Department after a Spring Street resident reported their apartment building was on fire.

February 20th, 2015:

Arrest:  Police arrested Henry R. Bellnier, 21 years old of Kent, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Bellnier is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Grand Larceny:  An Lake Road resident reported that an unknown person stole $2,000 in power tools, drills and “Sawzalls” from inside of his van in the early morning hours.

February 21st, 2015:

Burglary:  A Monroe Avenue resident reported that a known person broke into their apartment, damaging several interior doors in an attempt to provoke a fight.

Arrest:  Police arrested Grant R. Mazur, 24 years old of Castleton, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator as well as other traffic related offenses. Mazur is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Assault:  A Coleman Creek resident reported that two unknown persons assaulted them in front of a Main Street residence during the early morning hours.

February 22nd, 2015:

Property Damage:  An Erie Street resident reported that two unknown persons were seen running from their residence after a front window of their home was broken.
