Arrest:  Police arrested Cheryl Arthur, 51 years old of Brockport, New York on the Felony charge of Third Degree Grand Larceny. Arthur is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

May 18th, 2016

Arrest:  Police arrested Kerry L. Standhart, 43 years old of Holley, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Standhart is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Burglary:  A West Avenue resident reported that an unknown person entered their home and stole a “Playstation” game system, Galaxy tablet and cigarettes.

May 20th, 2016

Property Damage:  A College Street resident reported that an unknown person damaged several yard signs in their front yard sometime overnight.

Arrest:  Police arrested Anthony J. Verstreate, 22 years old of Fairport, New York on the Misdemeanor charge of Second Degree Criminal Contempt. Verstreate is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Burglary:  A Monroe Avenue resident reported that an unknown person entered their home and stole two gold bracelets, a watch and several hundred dollars in cash sometime overnight.

Larceny:  A citizen reported that an unknown person stole a steel chop saw from their vehicle sometime in the early morning.

Arrest:  Police arrested Christopher A. Fantauzzo, 28 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor charge of Petit Larceny. Fantauzzo is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

May 21st, 2016

Arrest:  Police arrested Miriam E. Carson, 43 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Carson is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Rachel S. Thorpe, 34 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Thorpe is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A Barry Street resident reported that an unknown person stole a yard sign from their lawn sometime overnight.

Arrest:  Police arrested Zelmichellye Ortiz, 29 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Second and Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Ortiz is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  An East Avenue resident reported that an unknown person stole a postal package from their front porch sometime in the late morning.

Arrest:  Police arrested Theodore G. Mosher, 31 years old of Brockport, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Mosher is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Quinn D. Hyatt, 19 years old of Hilton, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Hyatt is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Misty M. Guadagno, 29 years old of Hamlin, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Guadagno is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A Coleman Creek Road resident reported that an unknown person stole their IPhone 5 cell phone from their residence.

Arrest:  Police arrested Jeffrey M. Gladding, 50 years old of Tarrington, Connecticut on the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Gladding is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

June 3rd, 2016

Arrest:  Police arrested Stanley T. Hooker, 24 years old of Albion, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Second and Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Hooker is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Property Damage:  An Evergreen Road resident reported that an unknown person threw several large rocks into their pool overnight, damaging the pool’s liner.

Structure Fire:  Police responded to a Willowbrooke Drive address to assist the fire department with a structure fire.

Arrest:  Police arrested Victoria B. Albertson, 30 years old of Brockport, N.Y. on the Misdemeanor charge of Second Degree Criminal Trespass. Albertson is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Wes S. Snyder, 29 years old of Holley, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Snyder is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Arrest:  Police arrested Tia I. Avery, 24 years old of Holley, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Driving While Intoxicated along with other traffic related offenses. Avery is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

Larceny:  A High Street resident reported that their twenty-eight foot extension ladder was stolen from their residence sometime overnight. The ladder was later found by police propped underneath the second story window of a separate High Street residence. The male responsible was of average build wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.

Arrest:  Police arrested Kristina Klima, 32 years old of Rochester, New York on a warrant for the Misdemeanor traffic charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator. Klima is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.

June 9th, 2016

Arrest:  Police arrested Joseph R. Salomone, 18 years old of Brockport, New York was arrested on the Felony charge of Fourth Degree Grand Larceny along with the Misdemeanor charges of Petit Larceny, Seventh Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. Salomone was remanded to the Monroe County Jail.

June 10th, 2016

Arrest:  Police arrested Ryan N. Mitchell, 22 years old of Brockport, New York on the Felony charges of Fourth Degree Grand Larceny, Second Degree Forgery and Second Degree Identity Theft along with the Misdemeanor charges of Seventh Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. Mitchell was remanded to the Monroe County Jail.

Arrest:  Police arrested Jean M. Rubingu, 22 years old of Rochester, New York on the Misdemeanor traffic charges of Second and Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operator along with other traffic related offenses. Rubingu is due to appear in Brockport Village Court.
