March 3rd, 2014 through March 9th, 2014

March 3rd, 2014:

Suspicious Person: Police were called to the area of North Main Street and West Avenue for the report of a suspicious white male. The male was located and assistance rendered by Brockport Police.

Arrest: Police arrested Kayla A. Fulmer, 19 years old of Hamlin on a Misdemeanor charge of Third Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Fulmer is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.

March 5th, 2014:

Dispute: Overnight, police responded to a Holley Street address for a dispute.

March 6th, 2014:

Village Code: Overnight, police stopped a male driving on North Main Street with a car stereo excessively loud. Several other traffic-related offenses were also issued.

March 7th, 2014:

Arrest: Police arrested Frederick J. Case, 62 years old, of Holley on the charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Case is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.

March 8th, 2014:  

Arrest: Police arrested Nikko A. Portalatin, 17 years old, of Brockport on the charge of Fourth Degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a class “E” Felony. Portalatin was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.

Arrest: Police arrested Bryan W. Michael, 25 years old, of Holley on charges of Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Michael is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.

March 9th, 2014:

Arrest: Police arrested Jennifer A. Miller, 34 years old, on the charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, a Misdemeanor, as well as another traffic offense. Miller is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.

Property Damage: Police were called to a Holley Street address for the reported fight, where a wooden door shim and glass crock pot was damaged. A suspect was identified, however at the time of the report, the victim did not wish to pursue with charges.

Arrest: Police charged two men with Torturing/Injuring Animals, a Misdemeanor charge under the Agriculture and Markets Law. Arrested, were Shane P. Oliver, 20 years old, of Bergen and Robert A. Yates, 20 years old of West Seneca. Both men are due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April. The investigation is continuing.

March 10th, 2014 through March 16th, 2014

March 10th, 2014:

Arrest: James D. Delles, 20 years old, of Brockport was arrested on a bench warrant from the Town of Sweden Criminal Court for the Misdemeanor charge of Fifth Degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.

March 12th, 2014

Check the Welfare: Police responded to the area of Fayette Street and Lyman Street for a female screaming for help, which Police proved to be unfounded. Further investigation resulted in a Brockport man being issued a summons for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

March 14th, 2014

Arrest: Police arrested Orion Z. Gannon, 24 years old of Portland Oregon, on charges of Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, Second Degree Obstructing Governmental Administration, Seventh Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, all Misdemeanors, as well as numerous traffic-related offenses. Gannon was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.

March 15th, 2014

Dispute: Police investigated a dispute against a known suspect. The victim refused to press charges at the time of the report.

March 16th, 2014

Arrest: Police arrested Marquis K. Saddler, 23 years old of Oakfield NY, on charges of Third Degree Criminal  Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class “B” Felony, Misdemeanor Second Degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, and Trespass. Saddler was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.

March 17th, 2014 through March 23th, 2014

March 17th, 2014:

Drug Arrest: Police charged a Brockport man with Possessing Alcohol under 21 years old, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and other traffic-related offenses during a traffic stop on Redman Road.

March 18th, 2014:

Theft: A Spring Street resident reports the theft of two separate shipping boxes, stolen from their front porch, after having been delivered by United Parcel Service.

March 20h, 2014:

Dispute: Police were called to the police station to investigate a dispute. The complainant did not wish to press charges.

March 21st, 2014

Property Damage: A Main Street business reports a brass door locking mechanism to their restroom door was damaged sometime overnight.  

March 22nd, 2014

Arrest: Police arrested Tiffani J. Goodenough, 23 years old of Hamlin, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Goodenough is due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April.

March 23rd, 2014

Arrest: Police arrested Joshua M. Deluca, 21 years old of Holley, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Deluca is due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April.

Arrest: Police arrested Johnathon W. Gibbs, 29 years old of Spencerport, on charges of Second Degree Menacing, Third Degree Assault, and Fourth Degree Criminal Mischief, all of which are Misdemeanors. Gibbs was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.

Arrest: Police arrested Joseph M. Radzinski, 28 years old of Albion, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Radzinski is due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April.

Arrest: Police arrested Coleman J. Barletta, 17 years old of Kent, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Impaired by Drugs, DWI with a child passenger <15 y/o (Leandra’s Law),all Misdemeanors, as well as Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and other traffic related offenses. Barletta is due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April.

Arrest: Police arrested David R. Soule, 48 years old of Brockport, on charges of Third Degree Assault, following a dispute. Soule is due to appear in Sweden Town Court in April.

March 25th, 2014:

Arrest: Police arrested Rita J. Raeppel, 30 years old, of Holley on charges of Reckless Driving, a Misdemeanor, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Raeppel is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.

March 26th, 2014:

Arrest: Police arrested Joseph M. Glass, Jr. of Gainesville, FL on charges of Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a Class “C” Felony, Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Glass was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of bail.

March 27th, 2014:

Dispute: Police were called to a Park Avenue address for a dispute.  

March 29h, 2014:

Arrest: Police arrested Emanuel S. Augustus, 25 years old, of Brockport on the charge of Third Degree Assault, a Misdemeanor. Augustus is due to appear in the Sweden Town Court.
