2008 Explorer of the
Year award was presented to Ms. Danielle Watkins by Officer Stephen J.
Mesiti. |

On
December 3, 2008 The Brockport Police presented the 2008 Community Service
Award to Kelly A. Smith and Kent R. Blair. Kent and Kelly were recognized
for their outstanding dedication and commitment to public safety in the
Brockport Community. The awards were presented at the Brockport Police
Department’s Annual Holiday Appreciation Dinner.

On
November 20th, 2007, Officer Richard L. Cranston was sworn in as
a Police Officer with the Brockport Police Department. Officer Cranston is
a transfer from the East Rochester Police Department where he worked for
several years. Also shown in the photograph is Village Clerk Leslie A.
Morelli. |

On
December 6, 2007, Doug McCane, Store Manager of the Greece Wal Mart,
presented Officer Stephen Mesiti with a $1000 donation for the Brockport
Police Department Explorer Post. The money will be used for Post activities
and equipment. |

The 3rd
Annual Holiday Event took place on December 18th at the Lakeside
Hospital Beikirch Care Center. The 120 residents of Beikirch received a
gift bag that included assorted lotions and crèmes. The money for the
presents was raised by The Brockport Police Explorer Post from their annual
raffle. |
