At the March 6th Village Board meeting, Acting CEO of Lakeside Memorial Hospital, Michael Perry, presented the Brockport Police Department with a recognition plaque for their contributions at the Biekirch Care Center Holiday Project.  The event took place on December 21, 2005.  Pictured from left to right are Sgt Mark Cuzzupoli, Officer Stephen Mesiti, Officer Justin Tierney, Chief Daniel Varrenti, Michael Perry, Officer Paul Wheat, Officer Brian Winant, Officer Michael DeToy.
 
Explorer Post performing Honor Guard duties at a recent Monroe County Magistrates’ Association Meeting in Rochester
 
On January 13, 2006 Assemblymen Bill Reilich recognized officers with a Medal of Merit for their heroic actions during a bank robbery that involved a bomb threat.  Shown in the photograph with the Assemblymen are Officer Paul Wheat, Sergeant Douglas Ziegler and Officer Michael DeToy.

Wheat.  Nathan Parrino was awarded a $500 scholarship from donations by the members of the Brockport Police Stetson Club and Chief Varrenti.  Congratulations to Nathan on receiving this 1st Annual Law Enforcement Scholarship Award.   

 
On December 6, 2007, Doug McCane, Store Manager of the Greece Wal Mart, presented Officer Stephen Mesiti with a $1000 donation for the Brockport Police Department Explorer Post.  The money will be used for Post activities and equipment.
